Rose Cookies | Rose flavoured Cookies | Quick and easy recipe | Cookies recipe

Ingredients:

(Measurement: 1cup - 180ml)
  • Maida / All purpose flour - 1 cup
  • Sugar powder - 1 tbsp
  • Butter (unsalted) - 2 tbsp
  • Milk - 1 to 2 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Baking powder -1/2 tsp
  • Rose syrup (contains sugar) - 1 tbsp


Preparation:

  1. Add melted butter and sugar powder in a mixing bowl. Whisk well till white creamy consistency.
  2. Add maida, salt, baking powder and rose syrup. Mix well.  Note: Add extra 1/2 tbsp sugar powder if the rose syrup does not contain sugar.
  3. Now add 1 tbsp milk and make a soft dough (If the dough is dry, add 1 more tbsp milk and adjust the consistency).
  4. Take a small portion of dough, make a ball without any cracks. Place it on a baking tray.
  5. Repeat the same procedure for remaining dough. Place them on the baking tray and ensure to leave a little space between the pieces.
  6. Preheat the oven at 180°C in convection mode. Bake at 180°C for 15 - 17 minutes. 
  7. Take out the baking tray from the oven and cool down the cookies completely.
  8. Enjoy delicious Rose cookies !!
