Protein Laddu | Oats and Dry fruits Ladoo | No Sugar | No Jaggery | Dates Dry fruits Laddu | Oats Laddu



  • Total Time: 20 - 25 Mins
  • Yield: 15 Ladoos

Ingredients : 

(1cup - 180 ml)

  • Oats - 3/4 cup
  • Almonds - 3/4 cup
  • Cashews - 1/4 cup
  • Dates - 1.25 cup
  • Raisins - 2 tbsp
  • Ghee - 3 tbsp
  • Cardamom / Elaichi powder - 1/2 tsp

Preparation:

  1. Add Oats to the kadai. Roast for 3 - 5 mins on Low flame until it slightly turns brown. Keep aside.
  2. Grind almonds and cashews, roasted oats into a coarse powder separately in a mixer jar and keep aside.
  3. Grind seedless dates into coarse paste and keep aside.
  4. Add 1 tbsp ghee along with raisins to a kadai and roast them.
  5. Add the ground almonds and cashews powder. Roast for 3 mins until it slightly turns brown.
  6. Add the ground oats and cardamom powder. Mix well.
  7. Now add the dates paste and mix well.
  8. Add 1 tbsp ghee and mix well.
  9. Transfer the mixture to a plate and spread it. Allow it to cool down slightly.
  10. Grease your palms with a little quantity of ghee. Start making ladoos when it is warm. 
  11. Add little quantity of ghee to the mixture  if ladoo does not bind and continue making ladoos.
  12. Enjoy healthy Oats and Dryfruits Ladoo.

Note: Quaker Multigrain Oats used here. You can also use plain Oats of any brand.
