- Total Time: 20 - 25 Mins

Ingredients :
(1cup - 180 ml)
- Oats - 3/4 cup
- Almonds - 3/4 cup
- Cashews - 1/4 cup
- Dates - 1.25 cup
- Raisins - 2 tbsp
- Ghee - 3 tbsp
- Cardamom / Elaichi powder - 1/2 tsp
Preparation:
- Add Oats to the kadai. Roast for 3 - 5 mins on Low flame until it slightly turns brown. Keep aside.
- Grind almonds and cashews, roasted oats into a coarse powder separately in a mixer jar and keep aside.
- Grind seedless dates into coarse paste and keep aside.
- Add 1 tbsp ghee along with raisins to a kadai and roast them.
- Add the ground almonds and cashews powder. Roast for 3 mins until it slightly turns brown.
- Add the ground oats and cardamom powder. Mix well.
- Now add the dates paste and mix well.
- Add 1 tbsp ghee and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a plate and spread it. Allow it to cool down slightly.
- Grease your palms with a little quantity of ghee. Start making ladoos when it is warm.
- Add little quantity of ghee to the mixture if ladoo does not bind and continue making ladoos.
- Enjoy healthy Oats and Dryfruits Ladoo.
Note: Quaker Multigrain Oats used here. You can also use plain Oats of any brand.
