Instant Besan Ladoo

Ingredients:

  • Fried gram / Hurigadale - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp
  • Sugar powder - 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom/ elaichi powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Almonds (coarse powder) - 2 tbsp

Instant Besan Ladoo

Preparation:

  1. Take fried grams in a mixer jar and grind into fine powder. 
  2. Grind few almonds into coarse powder.
  3. Add ghee and sugar powder to a mixing bowl. Whisk well.
  4. Now add the fried gram powder, 2 tbsp coarse almond powder and cardamom powder. 
  5. Mix all together to get a soft dough like consistency.
  6. Grease the palms with little ghee. Take a small portion of the fried gram mixture and roll it between the palms to make a ball / ladoo shape.
  7. Repeat the same procedure for remaining fried gram mixture.
  8. Garnish all ladoos with chopped almonds.
  9. Enjoy yummy Instant Besan Ladoo.

Note:

  1. Store the ladoos in air tight jar for a longer shelf life.
