Chop onion, tomato and green chilly. Crumble the paneer. Grate the fresh ginger and garlic. Keep aside.
Add butter and oil to a kadai. Add cumin seeds and saute well.
Add freshly grated ginger and garlic. Saute well.
Add chopped onion and saute till it turns translucent.
Add chopped tomato and cook till it becomes soft.
Add chopped green chillies and mix well.
Add chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and turmeric powder. Mix well. Cook for 3 minutes on low flame.
Add required salt and mix well.
Now add crumbled paneer. Mix well.
Add chopped coriander leaves and kasuri methi. Mix well.
Cover and cook for 3 minutes on low flame.
Delicious Paneer bhurji is ready to be served with chapathi / stuff it between 2 bread toast slices. Enjoy !!!
