Mango Frooti - Homemade

Mango frooti

Ingredients:

  • Ripened mango (chopped) - 2 cups
  • Raw mango (chopped) - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Water - 4.5 cups

Preparation:

  1. In a kadai, add the mango pieces (ripened and raw), sugar and 2 cups of water.
  2. Cook till the mangoes become soft.
  3. Drain the water. Keep the drained water aside.
  4. Allow the cooked mango pulp to completely cool down.
  5. Transfer the cooled mangoes into mixer jar and add 1/2 cup water. Grind it into smooth paste in a mixer.
  6. Strain the mango puree and add it to the drained water. Add 2 cups of water to get the desired consistency and mix well.
  7. Refrigerate and Enjoy chilled Mango Frooti.
