Mango Frooti - Homemade

Ingredients:
- Ripened mango (chopped) - 2 cups
- Raw mango (chopped) - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Water - 4.5 cups

Preparation:
- In a kadai, add the mango pieces (ripened and raw), sugar and 2 cups of water.
- Cook till the mangoes become soft.
- Drain the water. Keep the drained water aside.
- Allow the cooked mango pulp to completely cool down.
- Transfer the cooled mangoes into mixer jar and add 1/2 cup water. Grind it into smooth paste in a mixer.
- Strain the mango puree and add it to the drained water. Add 2 cups of water to get the desired consistency and mix well.
- Refrigerate and Enjoy chilled Mango Frooti.
