Ingredients:
- Maida flour - 1 cup (180 ml)
- Sugar powder - 4 tsp
- Cocoa powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Butter - 3 tsp
- Milk - 3 tbsp
- Amul sugar free dark chocolate - 3 to 4 inches
Preparation:
- Add butter (room temperature) and sugar powder to a large mixing bowl. Beat well.
- Seive maida, cocoa powder and baking powder to the same mixing bowl. Mix all the ingredients together.
- Add milk gradually and make a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into small equal portions. Take each portion, roll between the palms and make round balls.
- Cut the dark chocolate into small pieces.
- Flatten the dough ball, place dark chocolate piece in the middle and cover with dough. Roll the dough again between the palms and make round ball. Repeat the same procedure for all dough balls. Ensure that there are no cracks formed.
- Place all the dough balls on a greased baking tray and keep a small dark chocolate piece above each ball.
- Preheat the oven in convection mode at 180°c. Bake at 180°c for 20 - 24 minutes.
- Take out the baking try and cool down completely. Enjoy your Choco filled cookies.
