Kesar Paneer ladoo is a simple yet mouth-watering sweet/dessert which can be prepared in short duration.

- Yield: 6-8 pieces
Ingredients:
- Paneer - 200 gm
- Milk - 8 tbsp
- Kesari /Saffron - pinch
- Sugar - 8-10 tsp
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Preparation:
1. Mash the paneer and make a soft dough.
2. Take a pinch of kesari (saffron), soak in 4 tbsp of warm milk.
3. In a kadai, add remaining 4 tbsp of milk and sugar. Mix well till the sugar dissolves.
4. Add kesari (saffron) milk and mashed paneer to the kadai, stir continuously until it becomes thick and does not stick to the kadai.
5. Add cardamom powder, mix well.
6. Cool the ladoo mixture till it becomes slightly warm, divide into equal portions and make small balls of ladoo.
7. Garnish with Almonds or any dry fruits.
Mouth-watering Kesar paneer ladoo is ready.
