Guilt free Chocolate Icecream (with whole wheat flour, without Sugar and Cream)

- Freezing Time: 3 hours and overnight
- Servings: 9 to 10 scoops
Ingredients:
- Milk - 1/2 litre + 1/2 cup
- Whole wheat flour - 2 tbsp
- Amul sugar free dark chocolate - 8 to 10 pieces
- Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
- Dark choco chips - as per your choice
- Honey - 7 tbsp
Preparation:
- Keep the milk to boil.
- Mix whole wheat flour with 1/2 cup of milk in mixing bowl.
- Pour the wheat flour mixture to the boiling milk and keep on stirring. Cook on Low flame till it becomes thick.
- Turn OFF the Gas when bubbles appear.
- Add dark chocolate and mix until it dissolves.
- Cool the mixture completely and transfer to a mixer jar. Add vanilla essence and honey. Blend it into smooth mixture.
- Pour the mixture to an air tight container.
- Cover the container tightly and keep it in freezer for 3 hours.
- After 3 hours, blend the icecream in a mixer and transfer to the air tight container. Sprinkle some dark choco chips.
- Cover the container tightly and keep the container in freezer overnight.
- Next day, Yummy Chocolate Ice-cream is ready to savor.
- You can sprinkle some choco chips while serving and also you can have this with Banana choco cake or brownie. Enjoyy!!!
