Guilt free Chocolate Icecream (with whole wheat flour, without Sugar and Cream)

Chocolate icecream

  • Prep Time: 15 Mins
  • Freezing Time: 3 hours and overnight
  • Servings: 9 to 10 scoops

Ingredients: 

  • Milk - 1/2 litre + 1/2 cup
  • Whole wheat flour - 2 tbsp
  • Amul sugar free dark chocolate - 8 to 10 pieces
  • Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
  • Dark choco chips - as per your choice 
  • Honey - 7 tbsp

Preparation:

  1. Keep the milk to boil.
  2. Mix whole wheat flour with 1/2 cup of milk in mixing bowl. 
  3. Pour the wheat flour mixture to the boiling milk and keep on stirring. Cook on Low flame till it becomes thick.
  4. Turn OFF the Gas when bubbles appear. 
  5. Add dark chocolate and mix until it dissolves. 
  6. Cool the mixture completely and transfer to a mixer jar. Add vanilla essence and honey. Blend it into smooth mixture.
  7. Pour the mixture to an air tight container.
  8. Cover the container tightly and keep it in freezer for 3 hours.
  9. After 3 hours, blend the icecream in a mixer and transfer to the air tight container. Sprinkle some dark choco chips.
  10. Cover the container tightly and keep the container in freezer overnight.
  11. Next day, Yummy Chocolate Ice-cream is ready to savor. 
  12. You can sprinkle some choco chips while serving and also you can have this with Banana choco cake  or brownie. Enjoyy!!!
